  1. Uninstall Code42 using uninstaller in /Library/Application Support/Crashplan
  2. Launch Self Service from  Finder  Finder > Applications >  Self
  3. Select Reinstall Code42.
  4. Open Code42 and authenticate:

    On the first screen enter your AD username and as the server address.

    The following screen will prompt you for your AD Password.

  5. Resume backup
