Can't log into Code42,  the message displayed is:  "Logged out by authority.  Invalid application state."

  1. Uninstall Code42 using uninstaller in /Library/Application Support/Crashplan
  2. Go to Finder > Applications > launch Self Service.app.  Reinstall Code42.
  3. Open Code42 and authenticate:

    On the first screen enter your AD username and igppbackup.ucsd.edu as the server address.

    The following screen will prompt you for your AD Password.


  4. Resume backup
