Notes: Need to have site token during the installation process. Installation process automatically activates and adds to SentinelOne console. 

  1. Complete IGPP Host Registration form to obtain download info
  2. Navigate to Google Drive IGPP Software Guest/Anti-Virus/SentinalOne/macOS folder
  3. Mount SentinelAgent_macos_vX_X_X_XXXX_YYYYMMDD by double-clicking on it.
  4. Open up the installer package within the disk image and follow instructions to install.

  5. Enter site token provided to you and click Continue:

  6. If you see the System Extension Blocked message, click OK.



  7. Open System Preferences and click on Security & Privacy
  8. Click Allow - System software from developer "Sentinel Labs Inc." was blocked from loading
  9. Click Close.

  1. Complete IGPP Host Registration form to obtain download info
  2. Navigate to Google Drive IGPP Software Guest/Anti-Virus/SentinalOne/Windows folder
  3. Launch .exe installer. 
  4. In User Account Control window, click Yes:


  5. Click Install:


  6. Enter site token provided to you and click Continue: 


  7. Installation may take a few minutes without any status. Once complete click Yes to reboot computer: 


  8. Should see SentinelOne icon in the system tray:

Notes: In order to activate and add to SentinelOne console, host must have internet access (i.e. hosts with un-routable IP addresses cannot have SentinelOne installed). 

  1. Complete IGPP Host Registration form to obtain download info
  2. Navigate to Google Drive IGPP Software Guest/Anti-Virus/SentinalOne/Linux folder
  3. From CLI, launch installer using .rpm package: 

    Code Block
    rpm -i --nodigest package_pathname

    or, for .deb package: 

    Code Block
    dpkg -i package_pathname



  4. Installation will take a minute. There will not be a status, other than returning to command prompt.
  5. Once installation is complete, associate agent with console by providing the site token provided to you:

    sudo /opt/sentinelone/bin/sentinelctl management token set site_token

    where site_token is copied from provided text file. 


  6. Association should only take a second or so.
  7. Activate agent: 

    Code Block
    sudo /opt/sentinelone/bin/sentinelctl control start


  8. Activation should complete in seconds and will show the following when completed:

    Starting agent...
    Agent is running


  9. To obtain resulting UUID of installation (for comparing with UUID in admin console):

    sudo /opt/sentinelone/bin/sentinelctl management uuid get
